We will be filing a 501 (c)(3) for The BIOS Organization as we grow beyond concept to a full grown public charity, we will also execute corporate filings for The BIOS Corp.

BIOS will:

1. have an active program of fundraising and receive contributions from many sources, including the general public, governmental agencies, corporations, private foundations and other public charities,
2. receive income from the conduct of activities in furtherance of the organization’s exempt purposes,
3. actively function in a supporting relationship to one or more existing public charities.

Additional funds are now needed for filing fees, advertising, computer etc.  All in all $15,000 is hoped to be raised in the short term by selling Founding Member Ads on the BIOS group of Websites.  

Once the 501 (c) (3) is filed we will be taking donations to get The BIOS Center back on track.  In late 2008 we installed the foundation  on site.  The market crashed, and the investor had to pull out. Over lunch I lost my job, my future home and office, my business, my life savings and 2 weeks later I was evicted for my 45th birthday.  Can't blame the investor, the market was that bad, but now it is time to do something about it. 

The time is now to make alliances, work the plan and move forward to promote green, healthy, holistic, organic sustainable and energy efficient living. With over 10,000 members worldwide on our various Facebook groups BIOS is poised to become a global leader in the new energy economy.

Our goals:

First financial goal is to re-secure the project    $355,000 +-

Second milestone will be to finish the construction  $1,500,000 +-

Third step is to purchase 3 additional buildings in close proximity for expansion.  Donations may be used in conjunction with commercial funding to accomplish these goals.

When Finished The BIOS Center will serve as a Green living  icon the world over with a health center, environmental art gallery, alternative energy museum, 3 residential units approved for home offices and the home of  BIOS.  The building will be a prototype for BIOS Centers all over the world.

Our first major fundraiser is GREEN FEST on June 4-6th 2010 and will be held at the Sound School in New Haven, a regional vocational high school for aquaculture and agriculture students, the event will raise money for both BIOS and the school.
